Well i am over weight i am 4'10 almost 5ft and weight 148lb alot i think i should be the most 100...what i wanna do is lose all this nasty fat and get thin and beautyful...i need help and thats why i need ur help and ideas on how to lose weight..and keep it of..send me comments and msg to help me lose weight..i am a prety cool person i like to be on the computer,look at tv go to clubs i do drink and smoke i guess drinkin is no good if i wanna lose weight right but i do it maibe 1's a week cuz sat is when i go clubin'i live in chicago now and luv it..i am short so u can tell i am fat i mean i weight 30-45 pounds more then i should for my height..i like to chill and just not deal with stupid people dat just wanna start crap so hit me up if u just wanna be cool pls no drama..so any questions or hints hit me up k....
